Our hands take a beating what with all our daily chores, exposure to the sun and elements, cold weather and too much dish washing and cleaning!

Luckily, we can always make a short trip to spa to have well-trained staff provide some extra special care and treatment to our tired and calloused hands. However, not everyone has the means to avail themselves of such pampering. Luckily, there are things we can do right at home to provide some pampering and proper hand skin care.

Remember, caring for the skin on your hands is very important as with any part of your body, hands have to be taken care of if you want it to stay young looking and to avoid premature formation of wrinkles and age spots. Sunscreen is also advisable to be applied not just on neck and face but on your hands too, in order for them to be protected from wrinkles and skin pigmentation or sun spots. Also, moisturize your hands with a good moisturizer every day and wash them with natural hand skin care products to make them smooth and soft.

Here are some recipes that will have your hands looking great in no time:

1. Hand care using milk

2. Getting a soft hands through cacao
