In a small bowl, completely mash ½ avocado and add one egg white and one teaspoon lemon juice.

Slice a skinned avocado into a quarter inch crescent shapes. Place the avocado underneath each eye while lying down. Do this for twenty minutes to have dramatic results.

Mash avocado and add one teaspoon lemon juice, two tablespoon oatmeal and one egg white. Mix all ingredients well and rub all over your hands. Leave the mixture on your hands for about twenty minutes, then wash and dry.

Avocado moisturizer

Don’t throw away the avocado peel because they are as useful as the avocado flesh. The inside of the peel can be use as good an oil rich moisturizer.

After scraping off all the avocado flesh, get the peel and then gently rub the inside of the peel on your face to clean it. Furthermore, you can let the avocado oil stay on your face the whole night or just wash it in fifteen minutes after rubbing.
