What does a right diet has to do with skin care? Eating healthy diet is essential to keep the skin healthy. Your best bet is to stay away from sugary foods as well as junk diet.

Oil for Oil?

You can fight your natural oily skin with essential oils such as: citrus oils like grapefruit, orange, and lemon that are considered to be milder than the actual fruits themselves.
